Alliant Health Plans set wheels in motion for community service when it became aware of City of Refuge, a local outreach program serving at-risk families, while serving as title sponsor of the Dalton Half Marathon. 

When Alliant learned of City of Refuge’s need for transportation options for its client families, the company presented a passenger van from Brooker Ford Motor Company to Pamela Cudd, City of Refuge director.

h2b creative developed and launched the subsequent Alliant “Goodworks” campaign to put forward motion on the project. The agency coordinated a press campaign to kick off an online design contest for the van’s artwork. The contest generated over 2,600 website visits to vote on 19 local design submissions. A second press conference announced the contest winners, and allowed the community share in the “good works” generated by Alliant and City of Refuge.
